Privacy Policy — Recruiting Coordinator

This policy explains what Bosco Technologies, LLC collects and how it's used

when coaching staffs use Recruiting Coordinator (recruitingcoordinator.app).

What we collect

About coaches (our users):

• Account details: email address, program affiliation, initials/display identity.
• Content you create: evaluations, ratings, notes (typed and handwritten),

whiteboards, batting orders, tags, uploads (photos, PDFs, video links).

• Basic technical data needed to run the app (device/browser info, error reports).

We do not run third-party ad trackers.

About student-athletes:

• Roster and event information aggregated from public sources (event operators'

published rosters and schedules): name, school, grad year, positions, publicly

posted measurables, rankings, and similar.

• Information a Program adds from materials provided to it (for example, academic

info or contact details shared with the Program by an event or the athlete's

family).

How athlete information is handled

• Athlete **contact information (phone, email, address) is never shared across

Programs** and never appears in shared or demo data. It is visible only to the

Program it was provided to.

• Evaluations, ratings, and notes about athletes are **private to the Program that

wrote them**. Other Programs never see them.

• Much of the athlete data in the Service concerns minors. We treat it as

sensitive: it is used only to support the recruiting workflow of the Program

using the Service, and we do not sell or license it to anyone.

Where data lives

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (currently Supabase for the

database and file storage, Vercel for hosting), in the United States, protected by

access controls so each Program can only reach its own data. Payments are handled

by Stripe; card details go to Stripe, not to us.

How long we keep it

For as long as your Program has an account. If your Program leaves, we make your

data available for export for 30 days after termination and then delete it in the

ordinary course of business. Backups age out on a rolling basis.

Your choices

• Coaches can edit or delete their Program's evaluations, notes, and uploads in-app.
• A Program can request full export or deletion of its data at any time.
• Athletes or their families who want publicly sourced information about them

corrected or removed from the Service can contact us and we will respond promptly.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal information. We don't run advertising. We don't share one

Program's recruiting work with another. We disclose information only if required by

law, or to our infrastructure providers listed above as needed to run the Service.

Changes

We'll post updates here and flag material changes in-app or by email.
