Terms of Service — Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator ("the Service") is operated by Bosco Technologies, LLC, a

Massachusetts limited liability company ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using

the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the athletic program

you represent ("your Program").

1. What the Service is

Recruiting Coordinator is a recruiting workflow tool for college athletic programs:

event schedules, rosters, live game tagging, evaluations, handwritten notes, and

related tools, used by a Program's coaching staff.

2. Accounts and staff

• Accounts belong to your Program. Each coach uses their own sign-in; you are

responsible for who on your staff has access.

• You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. Tell us

immediately about any unauthorized use.

• You must be 18 or older to hold an account.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

• Free trial: new Programs receive a 14-day trial with full Pro features.
• Plans: Lite ($490/year) and Pro ($990/year), flat per Program, every coach

included. Promotional pricing (for example, a discounted rest-of-year rate) is as

stated at purchase and renews at the then-current full yearly rate.

• Billing: yearly, in advance, by card through our payment processor (Stripe).

We don't store your card details.

• Renewal & cancellation: plans renew annually unless cancelled before the

renewal date. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current term runs to its end.

• Refunds: if something's wrong, email us — we'd rather fix it than argue.

Otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a term starts.

4. Your data and ours

• Your Program's data — evaluations, notes, ratings, boards, whiteboards,

uploads — belongs to your Program. We access it only to operate and support the

Service. Evaluations and notes are private to your Program; a coach's whiteboard

is private to that coach.

• Event and roster data aggregated from public sources is provided as-is for

recruiting convenience; we don't guarantee its accuracy and it may change as the

source changes.

• You are responsible for complying with your institution's and association's

(e.g., NCAA) recruiting rules in how you use the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Don't: resell or share access outside your Program; scrape or bulk-export data about

athletes for purposes unrelated to your Program's recruiting; attempt to break,

overload, or reverse-engineer the Service; upload unlawful content; or use the

Service to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that put other Programs' data or

the Service at risk, with notice where practical.

6. Athlete information

The Service handles information about student-athletes, many of whom are minors.

You agree to treat that information with care, use it only for legitimate recruiting

purposes, and share athlete contact information only as permitted by applicable

rules. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle this data on our side.

7. Availability and support

We work hard to keep the Service up, especially during events, but it is provided

"as is" and "as available" — no uptime guarantee. We may update features at any

time; we won't materially reduce what your paid plan includes mid-term.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect, incidental,

or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the

fees your Program paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits

liability that can't legally be limited.

9. Ending things

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may terminate for

material breach of these Terms if it isn't cured within 14 days of notice. On

termination we'll make your Program's data available for export for 30 days, then

delete it in the ordinary course.

10. Miscellany

These Terms are governed by Massachusetts law. If a provision is unenforceable, the

rest stands. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or

by email, and continued use is acceptance.
